Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Poststacks ("Poststacks", "we", "us"), a content-creation workspace for planning, drafting, repurposing, scheduling, and publishing social and video content. By creating an account or using Poststacks, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Poststacks. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and you must provide accurate account information.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Poststacks to:

  • Violate any law, or the terms of service of any platform you connect (e.g. YouTube).
  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or intended to deceive.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Poststacks's systems or other users' accounts.
  • Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, including circumventing usage limits.
  • Use generated content to impersonate a real person without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

3. Your content, your ownership

You own the brand information, drafts, scripts, videos, and other content you create or upload in Poststacks ("Your Content"). We don't claim ownership over it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service — for example, sending a script to an AI provider to draft a hook, or publishing a video to a platform you've connected.

You're responsible for having the rights to any content you upload (footage, brand assets, music, etc.) and for what you publish through connected accounts.

4. Connected accounts & third-party platforms

Poststacks integrates with third-party platforms (such as YouTube) and AI providers to do its job. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms — including the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You can disconnect any linked account at any time from Settings.

5. Service provided "as is"

Poststacks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will always be accurate — you're responsible for reviewing content before you publish it. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

6. Termination

You can stop using Poststacks and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. On termination, your right to use Poststacks ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disputes) will continue to apply.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Poststacks evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Poststacks after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
